Shipping Information

Free Shipping:

1. Order must be a minimum of $50.
2. Shipment must be shipped to an address within the Continental (lower 48) United States.
3. Order can be placed online or via phone order.
4. Free shipping in most cases will be FedEx ground or USPS Priority, but we reserve the right to use carriers not listed.
5. Certain items may be exempt from the free shipping offer. Exemptions will be noted on the item’s product page.
6. Free shipping does not apply to special orders placed through our topper lot.
7. No COD's.

Shipping Information

We ship through three services throughout the continental United States of America:

1. FedEx
   We ship through FedEx, standard ground shipping as well as our Second Day Shipping option.
2. SpeeDee Delivery
   SpeeDee Delivery is a regional delivery service that services the upper Midwest, and we use this shipping option to ship to North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and parts of Nebraska, when standard ground shipping is chosen.
3. United States Postal Service
   When applicable, we use USPS First Class and Priority shipping services.

In order for an order to be shipped by FedEx or Spee Dee Delivery, a physical street address is required for the shipping address as neither can deliver to a PO Box. If a PO Box is listed as the shipping address, it will be shipped with the United States Postal Service.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are listed below (1-4 Day Shipping). However if you need it sooner, please contact us at 1-800-569-8142 to see if other options are available. Please note that processing time and delivery service non-shipping days (such as weekends and holidays) are not included in shipping time.

Processing and Shipping Times

Please be aware: Orders (including expedited) sometimes require up to two days of processing time before they are billed and shipped. Orders placed after noon on Friday (Central Standard Time) will not be billed and shipped until the next Monday.
